Revolvex Group company Genuine Solutions has been appointed the exclusive UK distribution partner for Sudio, the Scandinavian audio brand known for combining lifestyle design with sustainability led manufacturing.
Sudio, which currently sells limited lines in the UK online via HMV, Argos, Amazon and Asda, will expand its presence across UK retail and e commerce channels, with Genuine Solutions introducing the brand to new stores while supporting retailers to build sustained demand for the range.
The agreement reflects Genuine Solutions’ long-standing focus on acting as an enterprise partner rather than a passive wholesaler, helping brands establish their presence in the UK market through a more hands-on distribution model.
Paul Crossman, CEO of Revolvex, said:
“Sudio is a brand with strong design credentials and clear sustainability values, and we’re looking forward to helping them build their presence in the UK market.
Partnerships like this are exactly how we believe distribution should work. Over 20 years we have consistently shaken up the sector by putting service at its heart. In practice, that means providing strategic support as well as logistics. Sudio chose to work with us because our focus is on helping brands find the right retail environments, build demand and grow their presence in the market.”

Sudio’s range of stylish audio accessories will now be introduced to a wider mix of UK retailers and e commerce channels, with Genuine Solutions taking an active role in developing the brand’s presence across the market.
Founded in Stockholm, Sudio has sold tens of millions of stylish audio accessories globally, including wireless headphones, noise cancelling earbuds and portable speakers. The company has also placed sustainability at the centre of its product design and operations, using recycled plastics in products, plastic free packaging made from FSC certified paper, and launching ongoing initiatives to offset carbon emissions.
Carl Sundqvist, Co-founder of Sudio, said:
“The UK is a strategically important market for Sudio, and partnering with Genuine Solutions is a natural fit. They have a great and friendly team that bring deep retail expertise and strong connections in the market. We’ve built Sudio around Scandinavian design and accessible premium audio, and we’re confident that Genuine Solutions is the right partner to bring that story to UK consumers in the right way.”
These credentials align closely with the wider Revolvex Group, which is B Corp certified, EcoVadis accredited and ISO certified, and has built its reputation around responsible technology distribution and circular economy initiatives.

Paul Crossman added:
“Sustainability is not a bolt on for us, it’s part of how we operate as a group. Sudio’s commitment to responsible manufacturing and environmental impact aligns very naturally with our own approach, which made this a very compelling partnership.
The partnership also reflects the next phase of Genuine Solutions following the group restructure completed in 2025. The move clarified the specialist roles of Genuine Solutions, focused on smart technology accessories distribution, and Relove Technology, which leads the group’s circular economy work around device recovery, reuse and recycling. This structure allows each business to operate with greater focus while continuing to benefit from the shared standards, governance and long-term strategy of the Revolvex Group.”

Sudio products will begin rolling out across UK retail and online channels in the coming months.
Kamil Finowski, Head of Brand Partnerships and Purchasing at Genuine Solutions, said:
“Sudio is a great addition to our portfolio. The brand combines strong Scandinavian design with a product range that sits in a really attractive position in the market, offering retailers stylish audio products at a competitive mid-market price point.
We see significant opportunity to expand Sudio’s presence in the UK by introducing the range to new retailers and ensuring the products are positioned and merchandised in the right way.”
