Purpose Beyond Business.

Success brings responsibility. As Revolvex grows, so does our commitment to the communities around us. Through fundraising, volunteering and collective action from our people, we support organisations delivering care, protection and support when it matters most.

WHY WE DO IT

Success should mean more than growth. It should mean using the position you have to do something worthwhile with it.

At Revolvex, supporting charities is not something we treat as an occasional initiative or a corporate obligation. It is a deliberate choice to stand behind causes that are tackling real challenges and supporting people through some of the hardest moments in their lives.

The charities we support work where help is needed most. They care for children living with complex medical conditions, protect families escaping domestic abuse and provide support for people facing serious mental health challenges. Their work is often unseen and carried out during moments when people feel most vulnerable, offering protection, guidance and stability when it matters most.

Across the business our people play an active role in supporting that work. Fundraising events, endurance challenges, volunteering and community initiatives bring teams together to raise funds and awareness for causes that deserve sustained support. These are not one off efforts. They are part of the culture of the business and reflect a collective belief that success should create opportunities to support others.

Supporting charities in this way is not about recognition. It is about responsibility, and about choosing to use the position we hold as a business to help charities continue the work that changes lives every day.

Marathon

A Commitment That Continues

Our charity activity is designed to be visible, inclusive and consistent across the year. From fundraising events and physical challenges to community initiatives and seasonal campaigns, there are many ways for our people to get involved.

These activities not only raise vital funds for our charity partners, they strengthen connection across the business and create shared purpose within our teams.

We believe the most effective charity programmes are those that people genuinely want to take part in. By encouraging employee involvement and supporting colleagues who take on fundraising challenges, we create a culture where giving back becomes part of everyday life.

Where Action Creates Real Impact

This is where it comes to life. Events, challenges and real moments where our team steps forward, gets involved and backs the charities we stand behind. No noise, no gestures, just people showing up and making a real difference where it matters most.

We don’t wait to be asked. We don’t sit on the sidelines. When there is an opportunity to make a difference, we step in and get involved. That is how real impact is made.

Commitment That Goes Beyond Business

Our charity programme is built on action, not intention. Through events, challenges and ongoing support, we work alongside charities providing care, protection and guidance when it is needed most. This is not something we step into occasionally. It is something we commit to consistently, showing up, getting involved and supporting work that matters beyond business.

If you want to collaborate, support the causes we stand behind or explore how we can create meaningful impact together, this is where it all comes together.

If you are a charity looking for support or a business looking to get involved, we want to hear from you.
