Revolvex Group has officially been Certified™ by Great Place To Work®, achieving a Trust Index™ score of 95%, with 100% of our people saying it is a great place to work, compared with a UK average of 54%.

At the heart of the Great Place To Work® survey is a clear statement: “Taking everything into account, I would say this is a great place to work.” Across Revolvex Group, including Genuine Solutions Distribution and Relove Technology, 100% of our people agreed. Against a UK average of 54%, the result provides a powerful measure of how the business is experienced by the people who know it from the inside.

Great Place To Work® Certification™ is not secured through a written entry or decided by an awards panel. It is earned through confidential feedback from the people working within an organisation, assessing the trust they have in leadership, the pride they take in their work and the strength of the relationships around them. That is what gives this recognition its significance. It reflects what our people genuinely think, not what Revolvex Group chooses to say about itself.

The headline result is supported by a 95% Trust Index™ score, demonstrating that the positive response was not confined to one question or one part of the employee experience. The wider findings show consistently strong results across the factors Great Place To Work® uses to define an effective workplace, providing clear evidence of a culture where people feel respected, supported and connected to the organisation.

Trust is fundamental to any strong workplace, and Revolvex Group achieved 95% in this area. The detail behind that figure gives it real substance. All respondents said they were made to feel welcome when they joined the business, while the survey also recorded unanimous agreement that Revolvex Group provides a physically safe place to work. These results reflect the standards people encounter from the moment they arrive, from the way new starters are welcomed to the confidence they have in the environment around them.

The findings also point to a workplace where fairness is experienced consistently.

Respondents gave a 100% positive response when asked whether people are treated fairly regardless of gender or sexual orientation. These are not simply policy statements or commitments written into company documents. They are a direct reflection of how people feel they are treated within the business, and they reinforce the importance of creating an environment where individuals can contribute without being expected to fit a corporate mould.

A strong sense of Pride runs through the results, with Revolvex Group achieving 97% in this area. Our people reported feeling proud of what the organisation accomplishes and positive about the contribution it makes beyond the workplace. Pride of this kind is difficult to manufacture. It develops when people understand the value of their work, believe in the organisation they represent and can see how their contribution connects to something larger than their individual role.

Relationships across the business emerged as an even stronger feature, with Camaraderie reaching 98%. This reflects the quality of the connections people build at work, the support they receive from those around them and the sense that colleagues genuinely want one another to succeed. Processes can organise a business, but they cannot create camaraderie. That comes from trust, shared experience and the thousands of everyday interactions that determine whether people merely work alongside one another or feel part of the same team.

The report also shows that 97% of our people would strongly recommend Revolvex Group to friends and family as a great place to work. That is one of the clearest endorsements an organisation can receive. It moves beyond personal satisfaction and asks whether someone would confidently encourage a person they care about to join the business. A response at that level cannot be produced through employer branding alone. It has to be earned through the experience people have when they come to work.

For Chief Commercial Officer, Christian McBride MBE, the strength and consistency of the feedback make this one of the most meaningful recognitions Revolvex Group has received.

We have always believed that great businesses are built by great people. Markets change, products evolve and strategies develop, but culture is shaped by the people who turn up each day and choose to give their best.

This recognition means so much because it has not come from something we have written about ourselves or presented to a judging panel. It comes directly from our people. Knowing they believe Revolvex Group is a great place to work is something I will always be incredibly proud of, because they are the people who have built the culture we experience today. This achievement belongs to everyone across Genuine Solutions Distribution, Relove Technology and the wider Revolvex Group.

Businesses don't become great places to work by accident. They become great places to work because people choose to create that culture every single day. This certification is recognition of those people and everything they've built together.

Christian McBride, Chief Commercial Officer, Revolvex Group

For Chief Executive Officer Paul Crossman, Great Place To Work® Certification™ is not simply recognition of where Revolvex Group is today. It is confirmation that the culture experienced by our people matches the standards the business has always set for itself, while creating an even greater responsibility to continue raising those standards as the Group grows.

We’re incredibly proud of what this certification represents because it reflects the experiences of our people, not our own opinion of ourselves. That’s what makes it so meaningful.

Recognition like this is something every person across the Group should be proud of, but it also reminds us that culture is never finished. As we continue to grow, our responsibility is to keep listening, keep improving and make sure the experience our people have tomorrow is even better than the one they have today.

The certification also becomes another important part of a much bigger picture. Alongside Certified B Corporation™ status and Investors in People Platinum, Great Place To Work® Certification™ provides an independent view of Revolvex Group from a different perspective. While B Corp recognises the Group’s commitment to balancing commercial success with positive social and environmental impact, and Investors in People Platinum reflects the investment made in developing and supporting its people, Great Place To Work® measures something only employees can truly judge — what it actually feels like to work here at Revolvex Group.

Together, those recognitions reinforce a principle that has guided Revolvex Group for more than two decades. Sustainable businesses are built by creating an environment where talented people can succeed, where individuals feel trusted to make decisions, supported to develop their careers and encouraged to contribute their ideas. When people enjoy where they work and believe in what they do, the benefits extend far beyond the workplace, strengthening relationships with customers, partners and the communities the business serves.

The survey results demonstrate that this culture is not defined by a single initiative or programme. It is shaped through everyday actions, from how new starters are welcomed and how colleagues support one another, to how leaders communicate, recognise achievement and respond when challenges arise. Those moments rarely attract attention individually, yet together they define the experience people have of working at Revolvex Group.

Receiving Great Place To Work® Certification™ is therefore not viewed as the conclusion of that journey, but as an important milestone along the way. It provides independent recognition of the culture that exists today while establishing a benchmark for the future. Maintaining that standard demands continuous investment in people, honest feedback, strong leadership and a willingness to keep improving.

As Revolvex Group continues to evolve, the ambition remains unchanged: to build a business where talented people can do their best work, build rewarding careers and feel proud of the organisation they help shape every day.

The award recognises where we are today. Our people will define where we go next.

Paul Crossman, CEO, Revolvex Group

Great Place To Work® Certification™ is ultimately more than a workplace accolade. It is independent confirmation that the culture experienced by our people reflects the values, leadership and standards that have shaped Revolvex Group over the past two decades.

For customers and partners, it provides confidence that they are working with an organisation where people are engaged, motivated and proud of what they do. For future colleagues, it demonstrates the type of environment they can expect to join. Most importantly, for everyone already working across Genuine Solutions Distribution, Relove Technology and the wider Revolvex Group, it is recognition of the culture they have created together.

That is why this achievement belongs to every person in the business.

Because while awards can recognise organisations, only people create great places to work.
