Multi-award-winning Revolvex Group is proudly celebrating being crowned an Investors in People Platinum accredited company – the highest accolade in leadership and development.
Hot on the heels of our B Corp certification, this internationally recognised award marks the culmination of 10 years of hard work here at Revolvex Group. Over that time, we’ve steadily risen through the Investors in People ranks — achieving Silver, then Gold, and now reaching the ultimate recognition: Platinum.
Only 7% of the 50,000 businesses assessed by Investors in People ever achieve Platinum status, and in the technology industry that number drops to just 3%.
When you understand how Investors in People assess businesses, it’s easy to see why the standard is so high. They survey every one of our employees and can choose any team member from any department to accurately evaluate our culture and leadership.

How we achieved IIP Platinum accreditation
At Revolvex Group, we recover and repurpose mobile-technology products for the telecoms industry — but just as importantly, we invest in people. We first embarked on the IIP journey a decade ago, setting our sights on Silver accreditation.
Our goal was simple: to raise standards in how we manage and develop our people, and to show the wider industry what’s possible when you put people first.
We believe in a growth mindset — that abilities aren’t fixed but can be improved through dedication and hard work. That philosophy runs through everything we do. We’ve built a culture that embraces challenges, encourages learning, and does it all with a sense of enjoyment and curiosity.
Alongside professional training and development, we offer a wide range of personal-interest courses — from baking and photography to massage. We’ve even sponsored colleagues to learn to drive.
We support staff through degree-level apprenticeships, encourage innovation, reward effort, and strengthen our team culture through company events and charity work.
