We are looking to hire an Account Manager to join Genuine Solutions, part of Revolvex Group.
This is a pivotal role within our team. At Genuine Solutions, Account Managers do more than manage accounts. They build trusted relationships, shape product strategy and drive long term growth. Working with an international customer base, you will develop structured product portfolios, strengthen account performance and increase share of wallet through insight, consistency and proactive engagement.
You will act as the lead contact for your customers, aligning closely with operations, compliance and logistics to ensure every order is delivered with precision. From initial ranging through to fulfilment and aftersales support, you will create a smooth, reliable trading experience that builds confidence and loyalty.

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profitability
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, stakeholders and senior decision makers
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products in line with customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate progress against monthly and quarterly targets to internal and external stakeholders
Develop new opportunities within existing accounts and identify areas for improvement to achieve sales targets
Forecast and track account performance and KPIs using CRM
Collaborate with wider sales team members to identify and grow opportunities within your territory
Manage projects within customer relationships, aligning customer goals with company objectives
Proactively identify opportunities to expand business with existing customers
Manage multiple accounts concurrently while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer activity and transactions within CRM

Proven account management or other relevant experience
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level
Experience in delivering client-focused product portfolio based on customer needs
Proven ability to manage multiple customers at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
Expert at Microsoft Office Suite
5+ years sales experience
