We are looking to hire an Account Manager to join Genuine Solutions, part of Revolvex Group.
This is a pivotal role within our team. At Genuine Solutions, Account Managers do more than manage accounts. They build trusted relationships, shape product strategy and drive long term growth. Working with an international customer base, you will develop structured product portfolios, strengthen account performance and increase share of wallet through insight, consistency and proactive engagement.
You will act as the lead contact for your customers, aligning closely with operations, compliance and logistics to ensure every order is delivered with precision. From initial ranging through to fulfilment and aftersales support, you will create a smooth, reliable trading experience that builds confidence and loyalty.

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Build and maintain strong long term client relationships based on trust and value.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements that maximise profitability and customer satisfaction.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Ensure timely delivery of products aligned with customer needs and objectives.
Communicate monthly and quarterly performance updates to internal teams and customers.
Drive growth within existing accounts by identifying opportunities and improvement areas.
Forecast, monitor and report account KPIs through the CRM system.
Collaborate with sales colleagues to identify additional opportunities within the territory.
Manage projects within client accounts while aligning customer goals with company objectives.
Deliver excellent service across multiple clients while meeting timelines and expectations.
Maintain accurate and up to date records of all customer interactions within the CRM.
Build tailored product ranges for clients and review performance to expand opportunities.
Proven experience managing national key accounts including complex or high value portfolios.
Experience delivering customer focused product portfolios aligned to commercial objectives.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand customer needs and business drivers.
Proven ability to manage multiple customers while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills with confidence to lead commercial discussions.
Excellent listening skills with the ability to translate customer needs into solutions.
High attention to detail ensuring accuracy and consistency across account activity.
Strong time management and organisation with the ability to prioritise workload.
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
Confident and professional with the ability to build long term relationships.
Self motivated and resilient with the ability to work independently and within teams.
• Proven background within the telecommunications industry ideally with experience in the mobile sector.
Previous exposure to a product management and/or supply chain environment with an understanding of end to end commercial processes.
Demonstrable experience as a Bid Manager and/or Bid Writer with a strong track record of successful tender submissions.
Ability to support and manage RFP and RFI opportunities including the preparation of high‑quality pre‑qualification and tender responses that meet submission requirements and deadlines.
Genuine interest in sustainability, environmental responsibility, gadgets and information/mobile technology.
Proactive in identifying and openly sharing opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and the overall way the business operates.
