Business Development Support Administrator

We are looking to hire a Business Development Support Administrator to join Relove Technology, part of Revolvex Group.

As a Business Development Support Administrator at Relove Technology, you will play a key role in scaling this impact, building trusted partnerships and helping organisations turn circular ambition into real world outcomes. Your role is to support the Business Development team by ensuring client jobs are managed efficiently from initial instruction through to the administration of processed products for resale or recycling, while maintaining accurate records and workflows as products move through the recovery process.

 

A core part of the role involves preparing performance reporting, job valuation analysis and management information, including board packs, team reporting and customer review materials, helping the wider team deliver high quality outcomes for clients while supporting informed commercial decision making.

Your role

  • Raise and manage jobs, POs and amendments, supporting logistics queries and scheduling within agreed timeframes.

  • Manage outbound product auction admin, updating trackers and sharing status updates with customers and BDMs.

  • Act as the central coordination point, keeping departments aligned on job progress and priorities.

  • Maintain sales, SLA and performance trackers, ensuring accurate data and business wide visibility.

  • Support Business Development Managers with client proposals, presentations and weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reporting.

  • Prepare management information including performance reports, job valuation analysis, board packs and client reviews.

  • Support Key Account Management Plans, completing monthly updates and ensuring actions and deadlines are met.

  • Produce regular management reports and ad hoc analysis, including insights on product volumes, pricing, purchasing patterns and market trends.

  • Work with Finance on performance updates, costs and projections, ensuring figures align.

  • Maintain databases and records, raising job numbers as required and following agreed processes.

  • Update shared calendars for visibility of client visits, office attendance and holidays.

  • Support market and competitor research as directed, maintaining awareness of clients, competitors and wider market activity.

  • Build product knowledge to support assessment of new products and opportunities.

  • Support basic HR admin including holiday records and daily attendance updates.

  • Being an ambassador for business, upholding our values and representing the company in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent with strong academic or professional foundations.

  • Proactive, positive and eager to learn with a clear commitment to personal development.

  • Highly organised and methodical, able to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.

  • Strong attention to detail across data management, reporting accuracy and documentation.

  • Confident communicator able to build effective relationships across the business.

  • Customer focused with the ability to understand and respond to stakeholder needs.

  • Commercially aware with the ability to support informed business decision making.

  • Analytical and investigative with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.

  • Competent with IT systems including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, CRM platforms and Asana.

  • Effective team player comfortable working across Business Development, Finance and Operations.

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Able to influence and communicate effectively across teams and departments.

  • Able to plan ahead, manage workload and prioritise tasks against business objectives.

  • Comfortable supporting Business Development Managers and Heads of Department daily.

  • Able to organise meetings, manage diaries and prepare materials, notes and actions.

  • Act as the central point of contact for telephone, email and postal enquiries.

  • Comfortable managing client visits including booking meeting rooms and organising refreshments.

Desirable

  • Experience within the telecommunications industry, ideally within mobile.

  • Background in the ITAD or technology recovery services sector.

  • Experience working within product management or supply chain environments.

  • Proven experience as a Bid Manager or Bid Writer.

  • Experience supporting RFP and RFI submissions, producing high quality pre qualification and tender responses.

  • A genuine interest in sustainability, gadgets and mobile or information technology.

  • Willingness to proactively share ideas that improve how the business operates.
