We are looking to hire a Business Development Manager to join Relove Technology, part of Revolvex Group.

As a Business Development Manager at Relove Technology, you will play a key role in scaling that impact. You will build trusted partnerships and help organisations turn circular ambition into real world outcomes that deliver both commercial and environmental value.
As part of the Business Development team, you will be responsible for winning new business and building strong, long term client relationships, positioning Relove as the primary recovery and recycling partner. You will generate leads, maintain a healthy and consistent pipeline, convert opportunities into new accounts and create compelling propositions that deliver sustainable, profitable revenue and lasting partnerships.

Deliver against agreed monthly margin targets through customer growth and new business wins.
Identify, develop and close new clients through consistent, focused prospecting.
Understand each client’s business, buying journey and decision process, building strong stakeholder relationships.
Create joint business plans that drive organic growth and position Relove as the preferred recovery partner.
Identify new opportunities across markets, sectors, trends, customers, products and services.
Communicate our services clearly and confidently, demonstrating the value and impact we deliver.
Stay informed on industry and competitor activity, sharing insight that strengthens our position.
Maintain accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts, keeping all systems and trackers up to date.
Provide structured monthly client reports with clear progress updates, actions and timelines.
Ensure professional account handovers when required.
Act as an ambassador for the business, upholding our values and operating with professionalism at all times.
Academic excellence with a university degree or equivalent experience.
Proactive, curious and sociable, with a genuine commitment to both internal and external customers.
Outstanding relationship management skills with a strong focus on continuous personal development.
Fluent English, with additional languages advantageous.
Highly analytical with strong investigative skills to fully understand customer needs.
Strong commercial awareness and sound business judgement.
Excellent organisation, presentation and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Positive, self starting and adaptable with the confidence to take initiative.
A collaborative team player who contributes to collective success.
Competent and confident user of IT systems and business software packages.
An exceptional communicator and negotiator, both internally and externally.
Organised and methodical in approach, delivering consistently high standards of execution.
Experience within the telecommunications industry, ideally within mobile.
Background in the ITAD or technology recovery services sector.
Experience working within product management or supply chain environments.
Proven experience as a Bid Manager or Bid Writer.
Experience supporting RFP and RFI submissions, producing high quality pre qualification and tender responses.
A genuine interest in sustainability, gadgets and mobile or information technology.
Willingness to proactively share ideas that improve how the business operates.
